Mad Cool Festival開催
7月12日（木）〜14日（土）にスペイン・マドリードにてMad Cool Festivalが開催されました。
今年はパール・ジャムやアークティック・モンキーズ、ジャック・ホワイト、ナイン・インチ・ネイルズなどのアーティストが出演し大盛況のうちに幕を閉じました。

Firefly Music Festivalがコーチェラに買収される
Firefly Music Festivalが米・カリフォルニア州でCoachellaを主催するAEG Presentsに買収されたことが発表されました。
同フェスはシカゴのイベント製作会社Red Frog Eventsの主催で2012年からデラウェア州ドーバーで毎年開催されており、AEG Presentsは、2014年にRed Frog Eventsとの合弁事業に参入。それ以来、Red Frog EventsはAEGとGoldenvoiceとのパートナーシップによりフェスティバルを継続していました。
AEG Presentsは今年のFirefly Music Festivalの成功を見て、フェスティバルでの所有権を拡大することを決めたとコメント。Red Frog Eventsは他のイベントやサービスに移行していくそうです。
なお、来年のFirefly Music Festivalは6月20日〜23日に開催されます。
今週末のライブ配信情報
7月20日（金）〜22日（日）、7月27日（金）〜7月29日（日）にベルギーで開催されるTomorrowland 2018のライブ配信が決定。公式サイトから4つのチャンネルで配信されます。

ドイツで開催される「Red Bull Music Festival Berlin 2018」はプシャT、ワンオートリックス・ポイント・ネヴァーらの出演が決定。
アメリカで開催される「Friendship」にはボーイズ・ノイズ、トゥー・メニー・ディージェイズらの出演が決定しました。
